Data and renewal
Your OneDrive files and email remain stored, but Microsoft may delete data after a retention period if you do not renew; back up important files before the subscription ends.
Automatic renewal stops when you cancel recurring billing; you will not be charged at the next renewal date if cancellation completes successfully.
