cancellation Colonbroom: Simple Process

What is ColonBroom

Product description

ColonBroom is a dietary supplement designed to support digestive health and regular bowel movements. It contains psyllium husk and natural ingredients and is sold as a powdered product for mixing.

How it is sold

ColonBroom is offered on the official website and via third-party marketplaces and retailers. Subscriptions and one-time purchases are available depending on the channel used.

How to cancel ColonBroom

Cancel via ColonBroom website (preferred)

• Log in to your ColonBroom account on the official site and cancel at least 48 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
• If you cannot access the account, email [email protected] and request cancellation with your order details.
• Note: Deleting the ColonBroom app or removing the product does not stop a subscription.

Cancel via app stores and older web method

• If you purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play, cancel directly in your Apple or Google account; ColonBroom cannot cancel these on your behalf.
• Older web FAQ method: you can visit colonbroom.com/subscription-cancellation, enter your purchase email, use the emailed link and submit the cancel request. That page notes a 72-hour minimum notice for that method.

What happens when you cancel

Billing and access

Cancellation stops future automatic renewals; you will not be charged after the cancellation takes effect. Existing paid period access typically continues until the end of the current billing cycle.

Account and data

Your ColonBroom account information and order history are retained according to the company’s terms. Contact support at [email protected] for data or account-deletion requests.

Will I get a refund?

Refund window and conditions

ColonBroom’s policies provide a 14-day money-back or return window for goods that are faulty or not as described, and for unopened, unused products purchased via the official website.

How refunds are handled

• Request refunds by emailing [email protected] within 14 days of delivery with visual proof if the product is faulty.
• Returned goods must be unopened and in original packaging; return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within about 5 - 10 business days after ColonBroom receives the return.
• For subscriptions, refunds generally apply only to the initial purchase and only if the return conditions are met.

See ColonBroom’s official refund pages for details: Help Center Refund Policy and ColonBroom Refund Policy.

ColonBroom plans and pricing

Reported UAE pricing

Important pricing notes

Official ColonBroom pricing is set in USD on the company website and app; AED amounts above are third-party or anecdotal reports and may vary.

For the most accurate pricing and subscription details, check the ColonBroom website or your chosen retailer before purchase.

Your consumer rights in United Arab Emirates

Relevant law and cooling-off

UAE Federal Law No. 24 of 2006 governs consumer protection and typically provides a cooling-off period for online purchases, commonly seven days depending on the case and seller policy.

How this applies to ColonBroom

• ColonBroom’s policy offers a 14-day return for faulty or not-as-described products, which exceeds the common UAE minimum for returns in many cases.
• Subscription refunds are limited by ColonBroom’s terms (usually initial purchase only and subject to unopened condition), so consumer rights can be constrained by the seller’s declared policy.
• If you believe policy terms are misleading or a dispute remains unresolved, you may contact the UAE Consumer Protection Department via the Ministry of Economy: economy.gov.ae.

Customer experiences

Positive feedback

Some customers report good results (for example appetite control and weight changes) and praise for responsive, professional customer service in several reviews.

Negative feedback

• Common complaints include aggressive upselling during checkout and a confusing order process with multiple add-ons.
• Many customers report unexpected recurring subscriptions, difficulties cancelling, or feeling they had to pay to exit subscription plans.
• There are also reports of limited or no product effect, bloating, or dissatisfaction with value for money.

Documentation checklist

What to have when you cancel

• Order number or subscription ID (from confirmation email or account).
• Purchase email address used for the order.
• Date of purchase and delivery.
• Payment method used (last four digits may help).

What to include for refunds or faults

• Clear photos showing the product condition and packaging.
• Short description of the issue and the expected resolution (refund or replacement).
• Any correspondence with ColonBroom support to date.

Common mistakes

Deleting the app

Removing the ColonBroom app from your device does not cancel a subscription. Cancel via your ColonBroom account or the original app store.

Missing the cancellation window

Waiting until the last minute can cause an automatic renewal. For web subscriptions use the 48-hour guideline; older FAQ methods mention 72 hours, so cancel early to be safe.

Contacting the wrong channel

Purchases made through Apple or Google must be cancelled through those providers. Contacting ColonBroom support will not stop App Store/Play Store billing.

Insufficient proof for refunds

For faulty-product refunds, failing to provide photos, order info, or returning items unopened can lead to denial of the refund request.
