Access and billing

Once cancelled, your subscription will not auto-renew after the current billing period ends.

You normally retain access to any services already paid for until the end of that paid period.

Data, kits and samples

Your past results and account data typically remain accessible in your Thriva account unless you request deletion.

Any kits already dispatched may still be processed if a sample is received by the lab; cancellation does not reverse completed lab work.

Will I get a refund?

Thriva can issue a refund for the cost of the test kit (minus a physical kit fee of £15) if the kit was received but not used and the lab has not received a sample.
