What is Antares

Overview

Antares is a cloud-based SaaS platform designed to streamline project management and enhance team collaboration. It provides tools for task assignment, progress tracking, and real-time communication across teams.

Core benefits

Antares centralizes project information and communication to reduce friction and increase visibility. The platform supports integrations, reporting, and role-based access to help teams deliver on time.

How to cancel Antares

Preferred methods

The fastest methods to cancel are via your Antares online account cancellation portal or by submitting a cancellation request through the official website contact form. These routes create a clear record of your request.

Step-by-step cancellation

• Sign in to your Antares account and open Account or Subscription settings.
• Locate “Cancel subscription” or a similar option and follow the on-screen prompts.
• If no portal option exists, use the contact form on the official site or the support channel listed in your account to request cancellation.
• Provide your account email, subscription plan, order number or invoice, and a short reason for cancelling.
• Request written confirmation and keep the confirmation ID or email for your records.

What happens when you cancel

Access and features

After cancellation, access typically continues until the end of your paid billing period unless otherwise stated in your account or confirmation. Active features may be disabled when the period ends.

Data retention and export

Antares usually retains account data for a limited time to allow export or reactivation. Export your projects and attachments before the retention period ends to avoid permanent loss.

Will I get a refund?

General refund policy

Refund eligibility depends on the product type and Antares’ terms of service. One-time purchases are generally non-refundable unless specified otherwise in your purchase agreement or local consumer law.

Exceptions and steps to request a refund

• Eligible exceptions may include duplicate charges, unauthorized transactions, or material defects in service.
• To request a refund, contact support through the official website or your account, include your order number, payment details, and a clear explanation.
• Keep copies of correspondence and allow reasonable processing time as stated in the company response.

• Payment method details used for the purchase
• List of projects and files to export

When you contact support

• Clear cancellation request with reason

Common mistakes
