cancellation Formspal: Easy Method

What is Formspal

Overview

Formspal is a SaaS platform for creating, managing and signing forms online. It provides templates, e-signature features and workflow tools designed for businesses and individuals.

Main uses

Users create custom forms, download free PDF forms, automate data collection, and use AI-assisted drafting and e-signatures on paid plans.

How to cancel Formspal

Cancel via the web (fastest)

• Log in to your account at formspal.com.
• Open your profile and go to the "Billing" section.
• Click "Cancel Subscription" next to your active plan to stop future renewals.
• Confirmation should appear in your account; keep a screenshot or copy for your records.

Cancel via support and app stores

• Email support: send your Customer ID and cancellation request to [email protected]. They state they will process cancellations within 24 hours.
• iOS/App Store purchases: you must cancel via Apple’s subscription settings on your device (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions).
• Android/Google Play purchases: you must cancel via Google Play (Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions) on your Google account.

What happens when you cancel

Access and billing

Cancelling stops future automatic renewals for the subscription plan you hold. It does not necessarily delete your account.

In most SaaS services you retain access until the paid period ends; check your Billing page or confirmation from support to confirm the exact expiry for your subscription.

Data, documents and account status

Your stored forms and documents may remain available in your account after cancellation, but Formspal’s policy on data retention is not detailed publicly.

To avoid losing content, export or download important documents (PDFs, exports) before your access is removed or before requesting deletion.

Will I get a refund?

Standard refund policy

Formspal’s terms state refunds are available if requested within 30 days of the initial subscription, including during the free trial period.

After that 30-day window, subscriptions are generally non‑refundable except where required by applicable law.

Platform-specific refunds

• Purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play must be refunded via those platforms and follow their refund processes.
• For direct purchases, you can request a refund by contacting support at [email protected] and by reviewing the terms at Formspal Terms & Conditions.

Formspal plans and pricing

Price table (estimated in AED)

Pricing notes

These AED values are approximate conversions from USD using an exchange rate near 1 USD ≈ 3.67 AED.

Formspal does not appear to publish official AED storefront pricing for the UAE; check your checkout or the App Store/Google Play listing for precise billed amounts.

Your consumer rights in United Arab Emirates

Applicable protections

UAE consumer protection laws may provide rights relating to defective services, misrepresentation and unfair practices.

Where services are supplied cross-border, the provider’s terms may specify governing law; Formspal’s terms state Delaware, USA law governs their agreement.

Practical steps for UAE consumers

• Keep copies of receipts, screenshots, emails and billing statements as evidence.
• If you believe local consumer law has been breached, contact your local consumer protection authority or seek legal advice in the UAE.
• For App Store or Google Play purchases, use Apple/Google’s dispute and refund channels as a first step.

Customer experiences

Positive feedback

Many users praise Formspal for helpful, professional templates and a fast, reliable document creation process.

Free form PDFs and ease of use attract users who need simple downloadable forms without subscribing.

Negative feedback

Complaints include being charged despite cancelling trials, difficulty contacting support, and issues with documents disappearing after payment.

Some reviewers report long or undeliverable email responses and unexpected billing; keep records and follow the documented cancellation steps above.

Documentation checklist

Before you cancel

• Account email and Customer ID (found in account profile).
• Screenshots of active subscription and Billing page.
• Copies of receipts or payment confirmations.

After you cancel

• Save exported PDFs or backups of any forms and data you need.
• Keep cancellation confirmation (email or account screenshot) for 30+ days in case of refund disputes.

Common mistakes

Assuming cancellation is immediate

Users sometimes assume cancelling means immediate access removal; on many accounts access continues until the end of the paid period.

Always verify the expiry date on your Billing page or confirmation email to avoid surprises.

Using the wrong channel to cancel

Purchases through Apple or Google cannot be cancelled via Formspal’s website; they must be handled in the App Store or Google Play subscriptions settings.

If you email support but do not include your Customer ID or account email, processing can be delayed - include clear account identifiers.
