cancellation Hailuo Ai: Easy Method

What is Hailuo Ai

Overview

Hailuo Ai is a subscription-based AI SaaS platform offering automated data analysis, machine learning and AI-driven media generation tools. It is marketed via web and mobile app stores and uses a credits-based subscription model.

Key characteristics

Plans range from entry-level monthly tiers to high-capacity plans with thousands of credits and faster generation features. Billing can be handled directly by Hailuo AI or by third-party stores (Apple App Store, Google Play).

How to cancel Hailuo Ai

Cancel via website (Direct / Web Purchase)

• Sign in to your account on the official site: hailuo-ai.art (Terms of Service).
• Go to Account Settings → Subscriptions and choose Cancel before the next renewal date.
• If you cannot cancel in-app, email [email protected] requesting cancellation and keep the reply as proof.

Cancel via app stores, email or post

• iOS: Open your Apple ID subscriptions (Settings > your name > Subscriptions) and cancel the Hailuo Ai subscription there; Apple manages billing.
• Android (Google Play): Open Google Play > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions and cancel from Google Play subscriptions.
• Email/post: You may also request cancellation by emailing [email protected] or [email protected], or by sending a postal request to the provider address listed below.

What happens when you cancel

Access and service period

Cancellation of a recurring subscription typically stops future renewals but does not immediately remove access.

You usually retain full access until the end of the current paid term; the subscription simply will not renew afterward.

Account data and credits

Credits already used remain charged. Unused credits, account data retention and deletion policies vary by provider and may be governed by the Terms of Service.

Export any important content or records before the end of your access to avoid data loss.

Will I get a refund?

Primary refund rules

• For direct web purchases, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the paid term has started.
• One-time purchases may be refundable within a short window (e.g., 7 days) only if unused; check the Terms of Service.
• Exceptions may be made for material defects or where local law requires a refund.

Alternative/variant policies to note

• Some Hailuo variants list a 14-day cancellation right with refunds processed within 14 days but possibly subject to processing fees (e.g., up to 12%). See the provider variant policy: hailuo02.pro Refund Policy.
• Another variant offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee for refunds or credit within the first 30 days: hailuo02ai Terms.
• If you purchased through Apple or Google, refunds and billing disputes are handled by those stores - contact Apple or Google for their refund process.

Your consumer rights in United Arab Emirates

General protections

UAE consumer protection law offers safeguards for unfair practices and defective services, including digital goods in many cases.

Rights commonly include information disclosure, remedies for services not provided as promised and the right to lodge complaints with local authorities.

Practical steps for UAE consumers

• Keep receipts, order confirmations and screenshots of terms or trial offers.
• Request a refund or remediation in writing from the provider; allow reasonable time for a response.
• If unresolved, escalate to your local consumer protection authority (for example the UAE Ministry of Economy or Dubai Economy) and provide documented evidence.

Customer experiences

Positive feedback

Some users praise Hailuo Ai’s AI capabilities and the speed of certain generation features on higher tiers.

Positive reviews are less frequent compared with critical reports; results may vary by plan and use case.

Negative feedback and recurring issues

• Reports of unexpected charges, billing before trial expiry and difficulty cancelling subscriptions.
• Complaints about unresponsive support, disappearing credits, reduced service quality and charges after attempted cancellations.
• Many negative examples originate from third‑party review sites and community forums; always keep your own evidence.

Documentation checklist

What to gather before you cancel

• Order ID, subscription confirmation and invoice screenshots.
• Screenshots of trial terms, pricing and the account subscription page showing plan and renewal date.
• Bank or card statements showing the charge you dispute.

What to keep after you request cancellation

• Email confirmations of cancellation or support replies stating the cancellation date.
• Reference numbers and timestamps for any in‑app cancellation actions.
• All correspondence if you escalate to a consumer authority or payment processor.

Common mistakes

Missing the renewal window

Many users assume cancellation takes effect immediately. In most cases you must cancel before the next renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period.

Incorrect cancellation channel

Canceling via the Hailuo website will not stop App Store or Google Play billing. Always cancel through the same channel where the subscription was purchased.
