cancellation Kittl: Easy Method

What is Kittl

Overview

Kittl is a web-based design platform for creating graphics, logos, and illustrations with templates and AI-powered tools.

Who uses it

It suits beginners, small businesses, and print-on-demand sellers who want fast, template-driven design workflows.

How to cancel Kittl

Cancel via the web (recommended)

• Sign in at kittl.com.
• Go to Account or Settings → Subscription or Billing.
• Select Cancel subscription and confirm. The cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing cycle.
• For step-by-step official guidance, see Kittl's help article: Canceling a subscription.

Cancel via app stores or post

• If you subscribed through the iOS App Store or Google Play, manage and cancel the subscription in the respective app store (not in Kittl's website/app).
• You may also withdraw by written declaration. Send a clear statement by post to the company address below.

What happens when you cancel

Access and features

After cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.

When that cycle ends your account reverts to the Free plan with limited features and access.

Data and renewals

Your projects and account data remain available on the Free plan unless you delete them manually.

Automatic renewal stops at the end of the billing period; you will not be billed again after cancellation.

Will I get a refund?

14-day withdrawal (cooling-off) period

• Kittl offers a 14-day right of withdrawal: cancel and request a full refund within 14 days of contract/checkout.
• You must notify Kittl within that 14-day window by email or post to exercise this right. See Kittl cancellation policy.

After the 14-day period

• Kittl's policy is generally no refunds after the 14-day withdrawal period, even if you cancel mid-cycle.
• Refunds (when applicable) are returned to the original payment method and typically take 5 - 10 business days to appear. Kittl's refund guidance: Refund destination.

Kittl plans and pricing

Pricing overview

Kittl lists USD pricing publicly; UAE/AED prices are not published directly on the site.

Below are the commonly referenced monthly plans and approximate AED conversions (estimates).

Notes on UAE pricing

Kittl does not publish UAE-specific AED prices. USD prices converted at an approximate rate may vary due to taxes or app store regional pricing.

For exact charges in the UAE, check the payment screen at checkout or your App Store/Google Play subscription details.

Kittl's global withdrawal offer

• Kittl applies a 14-day cooling-off period globally; UAE customers can use this to request a full refund within 14 days.
• Notify Kittl within 14 days by email or post to exercise the right of withdrawal (see Kittl cancellation page).

Local considerations and banks

UAE customers should check local banking or card issuer policies if refunds are delayed or not visible on statements.

If you encounter unresolved billing or refund issues, save evidence (screenshots, receipts) and contact your payment provider for charge disputes if necessary.

Customer experiences

Positive feedback

• Users praise Kittl's intuitive interface, rich template and asset library, and helpful customer support.
• Product Hunt and Capterra reviewers highlight its AI features and value for print-on-demand creators.

Negative feedback

• Some users report credits (for AI renders) run out quickly and express frustration over limitations on lower tiers.
• Complaints include occasional instability, shifting UI, and limited mockup/mobile availability.

Documentation checklist

What to prepare before contacting Kittl

• Account email and full name used for the subscription.
• Order or subscription date and payment method (last 4 digits of card if needed).
• Screenshot or PDF of the invoice/charge from your bank or app store receipt.
• Clear written withdrawal declaration if using post (include decision, date, name, address, order date).

Where to send documentation

• Cancel via account settings on kittl.com for fastest processing.
• Send postal withdrawal to the address in the Address section below if you prefer written notice.

Common mistakes

Assuming cancellation equals refund

Many users cancel but expect a pro-rated or immediate refund. Kittl's policy disallows refunds after the 14-day withdrawal period.

Wrong cancellation channel

Users who subscribed via Apple or Google often try to cancel inside Kittl; App Store subscriptions must be managed in the App Store or Google Play.

Missing the 14-day window

Waiting beyond 14 days eliminates the entitlement to a full refund under Kittl's stated policy. Act promptly if you want a refund.
