cancellation Renderforest: Easy Method

What is Renderforest

Overview

Renderforest is a cloud-based SaaS platform for creating videos, animations, logos and presentations using templates and AI-assisted tools.

It targets individuals and businesses needing quick, template-driven media production without local software.

Key uses

Users typically use Renderforest for explainer videos, promotional clips, intros/outros and branding assets.

The service offers online editing, exports in various resolutions, and subscription plans with AI credits and storage.

How to cancel Renderforest

Cancel on the web (preferred)

• Sign in to your account at Renderforest Help - Subscriptions.
• Go to My Account → Subscription tab → Actions → Click "Cancel Subscription" to stop auto‑renewal.
• Confirm the cancellation when prompted to set the recurring status to inactive.

Cancel via mobile app stores

• iOS (App Store): Open the App Store → Your account → Subscriptions → select Renderforest → turn off Automatic Renewal.
• Android (Google Play): Open Google Play → Profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → select Renderforest → Cancel subscription and follow prompts.
• If you subscribed through an app store, billing and refunds are handled by that store, so cancel there to stop future charges.

What happens when you cancel

Access after cancellation

When you cancel auto‑renewal, your current paid period usually remains active until its expiry date.

You retain access to plan features (exports, storage, AI credits) until the end of the billing cycle.

Account, data and renewals

Canceling stops recurring billing but does not automatically delete your account or project data.

Projects, uploads and account settings typically remain available under your account unless you delete them separately.

Will I get a refund?

Renderforest refund policy

Renderforest states it is not obliged to provide refunds or credits for changing your mind, mistaken purchases, lack of expertise, lack of need, or suspected fraud.

They specify refunds are not provided for purchases outside the stated refund policy and cancellation rights; refunds are therefore limited and discretionary.

See official terms: Renderforest Terms and Conditions.

Practical exceptions

• Refunds are granted only at Renderforest's discretion and are not guaranteed for simple cancellations.
• If you subscribed via Apple or Google, refund requests should be made through the respective app store's refund process.
• For disputes or special cases, contact Renderforest support and include account and transaction details; email [email protected] for assistance.

Renderforest plans and pricing

Current monthly plans (approximate AED)

Pricing notes

Prices are approximate conversions from USD using ~1 USD = 3.67 AED and may vary by payment method or region.

To view exact local prices, sign in to Renderforest while located in the UAE or check your app store listing for UAE pricing.

Your consumer rights in United Arab Emirates

General position

Renderforest does not document a statutory 14‑day cooling‑off or automatic refund right for UAE users in its public policy.

Refunds are generally discretionary and not described as an entitlement by the provider.

What you can do in UAE

• Keep receipts, subscription confirmation emails and transaction IDs to support any dispute.
• If you believe your consumer rights were breached, you may contact UAE consumer protection authorities or your payment provider for chargeback options.
• For app store purchases, use Apple or Google support to request refunds according to their processes.

Customer experiences

Positive feedback

Users praise video quality, templates and integrations for quick video, presentation and logo creation.

Support responsiveness and helpfulness is cited positively by many customers.

Negative feedback

Some users report difficulties obtaining refunds after renewals and describe the cancellation/refund process as convoluted.

Reports of editing bugs (text‑to‑speech issues, save/render glitches) and preview inconsistencies have been posted by other users.

Documentation checklist

What to gather before contacting support

• Account email and username used for Renderforest.
• Subscription plan name, billing period and last charged date.
• Transaction ID, invoice or receipt from payment provider (Paddle, Yookassa, Apple, Google Play).
• Screenshots showing subscription status, billing history or error messages.

How to submit information

• Send a clear subject line and include the above items when emailing [email protected].
• If you subscribed via an app store, include the app store receipt and use the store's refund process as well.

Common mistakes

Assuming cancellation equals refund

Cancelling auto‑renewal stops future charges but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period.

Expect to retain paid access until the period ends unless a refund is explicitly granted.

Contacting the wrong support channel

Submitting refund requests to the Renderforest web team for app‑store purchases can delay resolution.

For Apple or Google subscriptions, initiate refunds through the respective store to follow the correct provider process.
