cancellation Volleyball World Tv: Easy Method

What is Volleyball World Tv

Service overview

Volleyball World Tv (VBTV) is a subscription streaming service focused on live volleyball matches, highlights and exclusive volleyball content worldwide.

The service offers live and on-demand indoor and beach volleyball programming through web and mobile apps with tiered subscription plans.

How it is provided

VBTV subscriptions can be purchased directly on tv.volleyballworld.com or as in-app purchases via Apple App Store and Google Play.

Billing and cancellation rules vary by purchase channel; web purchases are managed on the website while app-store purchases must be cancelled via the respective store.

How to cancel Volleyball World Tv

Cancel when purchased on the website

• Log in at tv.volleyballworld.com.
• Go to Account → Payment Details → Manage → Unsubscribe and confirm the cancellation.
• Website cancellations cannot be completed from mobile apps; use the website account page. See official instructions: How to cancel (website).

Cancel when purchased via Apple App Store or Google Play

• Apple (App Store): Open device Settings → Subscriptions → select VBTV and Cancel. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal. See: Apple subscription guidance.
• Google Play (Android): Open Google Play app → Subscriptions → select VBTV → Cancel. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal. See: Google Play cancellation.
• Note: For app-store purchases, you must cancel in the store used to buy the subscription; cancelling on the website will not stop App Store or Google Play billing.

What happens when you cancel

Access and billing timing

When you cancel a subscription, access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Cancelling stops auto-renewal but does not immediately remove access for the paid period you already bought.

Account data and continuity

Your account and watch history typically remain available unless you request deletion from support.

If you re-subscribe later, your previous subscription settings or content access may require a fresh sign-in or payment link.

Will I get a refund?

Standard refund policy

VBTV does not provide prorated refunds for unused time after cancellation; you keep access until the billing period ends but will not receive a partial refund.

Official refund guidance: Refund requests.

Right of withdrawal and exceptions

• A 14-day right of withdrawal applies only if the service has not been used; once streaming has begun you typically lose that right (see terms).
• If persistent technical failures prevent access to paid content, you may be entitled to remedies such as credits or refunds under consumer protection rules; provide evidence when contacting support.
• For terms regarding withdrawal see: Terms of Service.

Pricing notes

Prices are taken from the VBTV app listing for UAE and may vary by promotion, currency rounding or platform fees.

Exact features and available variants may change; always check the purchase screen before confirming payment.

Your consumer rights in United Arab Emirates

General consumer protections

Under UAE consumer protection principles, digital services must be delivered with due care and fit for purpose.

Persistent failures to provide paid streaming services may give you the right to remedies such as refunds, credits or contract termination.

How to escalate a complaint in UAE

• First, contact VBTV support with evidence (receipts, screenshots, timestamps).
• If unresolved, you can escalate to UAE consumer protection authorities (for example the Ministry of Economy consumer protection office) following their complaint process.
• Keep records of all communications and transactions to support your claim.

Customer experiences

Positive feedback

Many users value VBTV for being one of the few services offering global volleyball coverage and exclusive match streams.

Subscribers often praise availability of niche live events not carried by mainstream broadcasters.

Common complaints

Reported issues include streaming quality problems, buffering, and playback glitches in live or VOD content.

Other frequent concerns are difficulties cancelling, billing/account mismatches and slow or automated customer support responses.

Documentation checklist

Required documents for cancellation or refund

• Account email and username used to subscribe.
• Order or transaction ID (from the website or app-store receipt).
• Payment method details and short bank statement extract showing the charge.

Helpful extras to include

• Screenshots of errors, buffering, or messages showing failed playback.
• Dates and times of attempted viewing or failed sessions.
• Copies of correspondence with support and any confirmation messages.

Common mistakes

Cancelling on the wrong platform

Many users cancel on the website but originally purchased through the App Store or Google Play; this does not stop store billing.

Always cancel using the same platform where the purchase was made to successfully stop renewals.

Timing and evidence errors

Failing to cancel at least 24 hours before renewal on app stores can result in an extra charged period you expected to avoid.

Not saving receipts, transaction IDs or screenshots weakens refund or complaint claims - keep documentation immediately after purchase.

Comparative recap

How platforms compare

Quick takeaways

Cancel via the exact channel used to purchase to ensure billing stops.

Save receipts and screenshots and allow up to the end of your paid period for access to continue.

After cancelling

Next steps to verify cancellation

• Check for a cancellation confirmation email or confirmation on your account page.
• Monitor your bank or card statements for any unexpected charges after cancellation.
• If billing continues, gather documentation and contact support immediately.
