– close any associated personal account;

What happens when you cancel
When you cancel a Premium subscription, your subscription will stop auto‑renewing at the end of the current billing cycle. You retain subscription benefits (including Robux allotments for the current period) until that cycle ends. Cancellation does not automatically delete your Roblox account or erase data; your account, purchases and chat history remain subject to Roblox’s Terms of Use and data policies. Will I get a refund?
