– close any associated personal account;

What is Globe Life
Globe Life (including Globe Insurance Canada offerings) is a provider of life insurance products - term and whole life policies - marketed directly and through agents and digital channels. Policies may be purchased through apps, app stores, agent contact, or the insurer’s website; terms for cancellation, refunds and dispute resolution are set by the policy type and Globe Life’s terms and may include arbitration provisions.
How to cancel Globe Life
- If you bought the subscription or policy through Apple (App Store or Globe Life iOS app), cancel via your Apple Account: open Settings → Subscriptions or cancel in the App Store; you cannot cancel a subscription bought through Apple from the Globe Life app or website. - For life insurance policies bought directly (agent, phone, or Globe Life website), contact your Globe Life agent first to request cancellation. If you prefer written confirmation, send a signed cancellation letter to Globe Life by certified mail for proof of receipt; include your policy number and request confirmation of cancellation and any refund due.
- As an alternative to agent contact, you may send a written cancellation via certified mail (recommended) to Globe Life’s U.S. mailing address (see Address section below). Keep certified-mail receipts and tracking information for your records.
What happens when you cancel

App-store subscriptions will remain active until the end of the current billing period unless the store’s rules specify otherwise.
