You therefore have all the necessary elements to process this cancellation properly, in accordance with the applicable principles regarding written notification and contractual freedom.
In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and data protection regulations, I also request that you:
– delete all my personal data not necessary for your legal or accounting obligations;
– close any associated personal account;
– and confirm to me the effective deletion of data in accordance with applicable rights regarding privacy protection.

What is Clover

What happens when you cancel
When you cancel a Clover App Market subscription it will remain active until the end of the current billing period; auto-renewal stops and you will not be charged after the period ends. Installed apps that require an active subscription may lose full functionality or become disabled after the subscription expires. Your Clover account, transaction records and device settings remain subject to Clover's data retention and access policies, so export any necessary reports, customer or inventory data before access changes.
Separate agreements - such as equipment leases or merchant services contracts - operate independently of App Market subscriptions and may continue to have obligations, recurring charges or early-termination fees unless separately ended per those contracts.
Will I get a refund?
