– and, where applicable, send me the final statement or balance confirmation.
This cancellation is sent to you by certified email. The sending, timestamping and integrity of the content are established, making it equivalent proof meeting the requirements of electronic evidence. You therefore have all the necessary elements to process this cancellation properly, in accordance with the applicable principles regarding written notification and contractual freedom.
In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and data protection regulations, I also request that you:
– delete all my personal data not necessary for your legal or accounting obligations;
– close any associated personal account;
– and confirm to me the effective deletion of data in accordance with applicable rights regarding privacy protection.

- If you want a written notice, you may send a cancellation letter by registered mail (see Address section below) to Framer’s Amsterdam office; supplement web cancellation with mailed notice if you need delivery proof.
What happens when you cancel
When you cancel a site plan on Framer, the subscription remains active until the end of your current paid billing cycle; you retain access to the site during that period. For workspace-level editor plans, Framer will automatically terminate the editor plan at the end of the billing cycle only after all site subscriptions in the workspace have been canceled. Framer generally does not indicate immediate deletion of content upon cancellation, but it is prudent to export or back up any content you need before the subscription ends.
Will I get a refund?
Framer’s stated refund policy provides a 7-day refund window worldwide (including Canada) for initial purchases.
