You therefore have all the necessary elements to process this cancellation properly, in accordance with the applicable principles regarding written notification and contractual freedom.
In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and data protection regulations, I also request that you:
– delete all my personal data not necessary for your legal or accounting obligations;
– close any associated personal account;
– and confirm to me the effective deletion of data in accordance with applicable rights regarding privacy protection.

What happens when you cancel
If you cancel through the Joist website, your subscription access usually continues until the end of the current billing period; you will not be charged after that period. If you cancel through Apple or Google, those providers handle the cancellation and any remaining access according to their policies.
Cancelling a paid subscription does not necessarily delete your Joist account or data. If you require data deletion or account closure, contact Joist support or send a written request (registered mail is recommended) specifying the attention line for cancellations/account closure. Will I get a refund?
