What happens when you cancel
Order status and shipping
Cancellation requests are only possible while an item has not shipped. Once an item ships, standard return and replacement policies apply instead of cancellation.
If cancellation is accepted you will get confirmation emails and the refund process will start to the original payment method.
Account access and data
Cancelling an order does not delete your Vistaprint account or your design files. You keep access to account features unless you separately close the account.
Subscription cancellations stop future charges per the billing cycle but do not automatically remove stored designs or account data.
