- OurTime provides a 14-day "cooling-off" period for web purchases. Within 14 days of an initial subscription purchase, pro‑rata refunds may be available for first-time subscriptions/upgrades.
- No refunds are generally given for renewals, boosts, SuperLikes, Private Mode or similar add-ons.
App Store and Google Play purchases
- If you purchased via Apple App Store or Google Play, refunds are handled directly by Apple or Google under their refund policies.
- OurTime does not control App Store/Play Store refunds, so request refunds through the respective store.
