What happens when you cancel

Access after cancellation

When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. You retain access to classes and features through that date.

Billing and account status

Auto-renewal stops after cancellation; you are not billed for subsequent periods. Echelon’s policy states there are no partial refunds for periods already billed except where specific refund rules apply.

General subscription refunds

  • Monthly and non-exempt subscriptions: No partial refunds for time already billed; cancellation takes effect end of period.
  • After an annual or two-year auto-renewal, you may cancel within 30 days post-renewal to receive a full refund (per Echelon terms).

Equipment and Coach refunds

  • Echelon Coach (virtual personal training): if you are not satisfied after your first session you may cancel within 72 hours of that session for a refund (Coach Guarantee); other sessions are non-refundable.
