App Store / Google Play purchases & physical items
For AI plans bought through the App Store or Google Play, refunds and cancellations are governed by those platforms; HealthifyMe cannot process or override them.
Physical items included with plans (for example Smart Scale or CGM) are listed as non-returnable and non-refundable, but their value is not deducted from the eligible refund amount for web subscriptions.
