What happens when you cancel
Access after cancellation
Your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid period; you retain access to premium features through that end date.
After the effective cancellation date, premium features will no longer be available unless you re-subscribe.
Account and data
Users retain access to previously produced results and account data after cancellation; Rythm’s policies state data is not deleted on cancellation.
Any saved settings, results or history usually remain accessible under the account unless otherwise specified in Rythm’s terms.
Will I get a refund?
Standard refund policy
Rythm provides a full refund on the first order if requested within 14 days of receiving your results, per their Refund & Skip policy.

Exceptions and fees
- First-order refunds are net of transaction fees and a $5 service fee; typical net refund amounts quoted are approximately $8 - $10 after deductions.
