How to cancel TuneCore
Cancel on the TuneCore web dashboard (recommended)
- Log in to your TuneCore account at the India site or main dashboard.
- Go to Account Settings → Subscriptions and choose the active Unlimited plan.
- Select "Cancel Subscription" and follow the on-screen prompts to confirm the cancellation.
- After confirmation, the plan remains active until the specified cancellation date; you will receive reminder emails 28 days and 2 days before expiry for Unlimited plans.
Cancel purchases through app stores
- If you subscribed via Apple App Store or Google Play, cancel directly through your Apple ID / Google Play subscriptions - TuneCore cannot cancel those for you.
- For refunds on app-store purchases, follow Apple or Google refund procedures; TuneCore support does not control App Store/Play billing.
What happens when you cancel
Account access and active period
When you cancel an Unlimited subscription on the TuneCore dashboard you keep access to plan features until the stated cancellation/expiry date.
Reminder emails are sent before expiry so you can choose to renew or let the plan lapse.
Distribution status after expiry
If a renewal is missed or the plan is not active, TuneCore notes releases remain live through any applicable grace period and then may be taken down.

Will I get a refund?
TuneCore's stated refund policy
TuneCore's published policy is that "all sales are final" and they do not generally offer refunds for digital distribution services.

Exceptions and physical products
Refunds for digital services are very rarely granted and usually only in documented error cases or as permitted by applicable law.
