When you cancel on the web your membership remains active until the end of the current billing period.
You will retain course access for the remainder of that paid period; you will not be charged after that date.
Billing and account status
Auto-renewal is stopped at cancellation, but past payments are not automatically refunded unless eligible under the guarantee.
Your account (email, progress) typically remains on file so you can resume by re-subscribing later.
