- Note: Deleting the Lysn app does not cancel your App Store subscription.

When you cancel a subscription via the web store, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.

Renewal and future charges
Canceling auto-renewal stops future charges but does not retroactively refund past payments.
For App Store and Play Store purchases, cancelling in the respective store stops future billing through that store.

Messages and artist content are retained for the duration of the active subscription period you paid for.

Will I get a refund?
Refund within 7 days (web store)
If you purchased or a subscription automatically renewed via the web store, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the purchase or renewal date.
This is the standard "right of withdrawal" window for web-store transactions as applied by Lysn.
Refunds after 7 days (web store)
- If you request a refund after 7 days, the refund amount is calculated by deducting the used days' amount.
- An additional 10% fee is applied to the remaining balance when calculating the refund.
Special refund scenarios
- If no artist messages (beyond an initial welcome) are received within 30 days, you may request a refund within 7 days of the ticket termination date.
- If an artist’s service ends due to military enlistment or contract termination, refunds may be available if you subscribed within two weeks of usage - specific conditions apply.
