If you cancel an order before the slot cut‑off, payment reversals depend on your payment method. Refund timing varies by payment provider and Bigbasket policy.
Returns and exceptions
- Perishable items (fruits, vegetables, milk, meat) can be returned within 48 hours of delivery; other items within 7 days.
- F&B (food delivery) products are non‑returnable; any cancellation/refund claims are handled by customer support and refunds (if issued) are credited to the original payment source, not bbWallet.
- By default refunds may be credited to bbWallet; on request or for third‑party items (electronics, fresh foods, pharma), refunds are sent to the original payment source.
