If the merchant cancels the order, the merchant’s refund process starts first; Snapmint updates the loan/EMI records only after merchant confirmation.
If delivery was refused or not accepted, the merchant’s policy determines whether return is accepted and when refund is initiated.
Loan, EMI and data effects
Snapmint may adjust any refund against your outstanding EMI schedule, clearing later installments first and reducing the outstanding balance accordingly.
If a refund leaves a payable balance smaller than what you paid, the refundable balance is returned to your original payment method after adjustment.
