Access and renewals

Cancelling a web subscription requires written notice and settlement; renewals occur automatically unless you notify Altium in writing at least 30 days before the service period ends.

App Store and Google Play cancellations stop future billing through that platform but must be done through Apple/Google settings.

Data and retention

After termination of a direct/web account you may request your data up to the termination date; Altium will provide data within 90 days, after which it is not obliged to retain it.
