What happens when you cancel
Access and renewals
Cancelling a web subscription requires written notice and settlement; renewals occur automatically unless you notify Altium in writing at least 30 days before the service period ends.
App Store and Google Play cancellations stop future billing through that platform but must be done through Apple/Google settings.
Data and retention
After termination of a direct/web account you may request your data up to the termination date; Altium will provide data within 90 days, after which it is not obliged to retain it.
Keep copies of critical project files and exported BOMs before cancelling to avoid data loss after the retention window.

Web (direct) refund policy
Altium’s General Terms of Service state that fees are non-refundable, including unused or mid-period cancellations.
