What happens when you cancel

After cancellation from the web, your account remains active until the end of the paid billing cycle.
You can still use the account during that period and you may be able to undo the cancellation before the cycle ends.
Data and renewal
Data remains in your account for the duration of your access; you should export any needed data before full deactivation.
Automatic renewal will stop after the current billing period if the cancellation is completed on the web interface.
Will I get a refund?
Direct web subscriptions (Close billing)
Close’s Terms of Service state that fees are generally non-refundable for direct subscriptions.
An exception may apply if Close terminates your account without cause; in that case a prorated refund for unearned prepaid fees may be possible.
