You retain access to your account and content until that cycle ends; access is not typically cut off immediately.

Your content remains in the account during the active period; export important work before access ends if you plan to leave permanently.

Jasper’s Help Center states there is a 7-day money-back guarantee: you must cancel, then email hey@jasper.ai within 7 days of the charge to request a refund.
Only the most recent subscription charge qualifies for this refund window according to the Help Center guidance.
Exceptions and policy conflict
Jasper’s Terms of Service (effective May 30, 2025) include a "No Refunds" clause stating there are no refunds for cancellations or unused time.
