You therefore have all the necessary elements to proceed with regular processing of this cancellation, in accordance with applicable principles regarding written notification and contractual freedom.
In accordance with personal data protection rules, I also request:
– deletion of all my data not necessary for your legal or accounting obligations;
– closure of any associated personal account;
– and confirmation of actual data deletion according to applicable privacy rights.

Cancel on the Web (direct subscription)
- Sign in to your Dashboard.
- Go to Account → Subscription & Payment → Change Plan → Cancel Paid Subscription.
- Confirm the downgrade to the Free Plan to stop billing immediately.
Cancel if purchased via App Store or Google Play
- If you subscribed through Apple, cancel in your Apple subscription settings; Moqups cannot cancel App Store subscriptions. See Apple's policies for details.
- If you subscribed through Google Play, cancel in your Google Play account subscriptions; Moqups cannot cancel Play Store subscriptions.
What happens when you cancel
Billing and access
When you cancel a direct (web) subscription, billing stops immediately. Paid features remain available until the end of your current billing cycle.
Account and data
Your projects and account remain on the Free Plan after cancellation. You retain access to any data associated with the account, subject to Free Plan limits.
Will I get a refund?
Web purchases (direct)
For web purchases, you may request a refund within 30 days of the transaction by contacting support@moqups.com. Refunds normally take a couple of days to process.
Submit your refund request to the support email and include transaction details for faster handling.
App Store and Google Play purchases
Refunds for subscriptions bought through Apple or Google are governed by those platform providers. Moqups cannot issue refunds for App Store or Google Play purchases.
Contact Apple or Google through their purchase support channels to request refunds for in‑store purchases.
