- If the camera and subscription were purchased together, the 30-day window starts from subscription activation but cannot exceed 12 months from camera delivery.

Your uploaded videos and account data may remain according to Veo’s retention policies. It is recommended to download or export any essential footage before access ends.

Initial activation refund rights
Under Veo’s Terms & Conditions, you may cancel within 30 days of activation for any reason and receive a refund, provided the camera was purchased directly from Veo.
Exceptions and hardware returns
- Refunds are processed within 30 days of receiving the cancellation request for eligible cases.
- Renewal charges are non-refundable; prepaid periods are generally non-refundable unless within the initial cancellation window.
- For hardware returns, you must ship the product back within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective, in which case Veo may refund shipping costs.
