Cancellation Fanatiz: Easy Method
What is Fanatiz
Service overview
Fanatiz is a subscription-based streaming service that offers live and on-demand access to international sports content, including soccer leagues and pay-per-view events.
The service is available through apps (iOS and Android), web (play.fanatiz.com), and select streaming devices.
How users typically subscribe
Subscriptions may be purchased directly on the Fanatiz website or through platform stores (Apple App Store, Google Play, Roku, etc.).
Billing and cancellation rules can differ depending on where you originally subscribed.
How to cancel Fanatiz
Cancel on Apple iOS (App Store)
- Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad.
- Tap your Apple ID, then Subscriptions and find Fanatiz.
- Tap Cancel Subscription. Note: cancelling inside the Fanatiz app or deleting the app does NOT stop billing.
- Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid being charged for the next period.
Cancel on Android (Google Play)
- Open the Google Play Store app and tap your profile.
- Go to Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Fanatiz → Manage → Cancel.
- Uninstalling the app will NOT cancel your subscription; cancel through Play Store.
- Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
Cancel on the Fanatiz website (Web)
- Sign in at play.fanatiz.com and go to My Profile.
- Choose Plans and Payment Method → Manage Plan → Cancel Subscription.
- Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal. Deleting your account or logging out does NOT stop billing.
Cancel via other platforms (Roku and others)
- Subscriptions purchased through Roku must be managed through Roku; Fanatiz cannot cancel those directly.
- For Roku-specific refund processes consult Fanatiz guidance on Roku purchases: Roku purchases and refunds.
What happens when you cancel
Access after cancellation
After cancelling, you will typically retain access to Fanatiz until the end of the current billing period.
Cancelling does not usually produce an immediate loss of service unless specified by the platform.
Billing and renewal effects
Cancellation prevents future automatic renewals; charges already processed for the current period are not automatically refunded under the general policy.
Make sure to cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle.
Account and data handling
Deleting the app, logging out, or removing your account does not guarantee cancellation unless you followed the platform-specific cancellation steps.
Keep any confirmation emails or receipts after cancelling as proof of the action and cancellation date.
Will I get a refund?
General refund policy
Fanatiz’s general rule is no refunds or credits for cancellations, including partially used periods or unseen content.
Pay-per-view (PPV) and on-demand purchases are final and non-refundable once made.
Exceptions and special cases
- A refund may be considered if requested within the first 7 calendar days from the first subscription; any refund may be prorated and subject to deduction of transaction/operational costs, at Fanatiz’s sole discretion.
- Subscriptions purchased through Roku require contacting Roku support directly; Fanatiz cannot process Roku refunds. See Fanatiz guidance for Roku: Roku refund instructions.
Where to read the official policy

Your consumer rights in India
Key legal protections
Under Indian consumer law, digital services must clearly disclose refund and cancellation terms before purchase.
Unfair or arbitrary terms (for example “no refunds at all” without clear notice) may be challenged under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
How trial and misleading practices are treated
- Charges that skip a promised free trial or misleading trial terms can be contested as a ‘deficiency in service’.
- PPV non-refundability must be clearly communicated; ambiguous representations may form the basis of a consumer grievance.
Where to escalate in India
If you believe your consumer rights were violated, you can contact the National Consumer Helpline or file a complaint at district consumer forums and consumer courts.
Keep documentation of the purchase, trial terms, and communications for any official complaint.
Customer experiences
Common positive points
Some users value Fanatiz for access to niche international leagues and single-match PPV options.
Availability of both live and on-demand content is often cited as a core benefit.
Reported negative experiences
- Users report difficulty or inability to cancel subscriptions; some reported continued charges even after attempting cancellation. (Trustpilot)
- Complaints of charges continuing for months after cancellation and poor or unresponsive customer support. (Trustpilot)
- Streaming quality issues such as stuttering, freezing, audio-only, or app crashes have been reported. (Trustpilot)
- Reports of misleading trial offers where users were charged immediately instead of receiving a free trial. (Trustpilot)
- Concerns about high pricing or PPV costs not being clearly communicated, and lack of replays or highlights in some packages. (Trustpilot)
For user reviews, see: Trustpilot reviews.
Documentation checklist
Before contacting support
- Subscription confirmation email or receipt showing date and payment method.
- Order ID from Apple/Google/Roku if applicable.
- Screenshot(s) of subscription status in the app or Play/Fanatz account page.
- Bank or card statement entries showing the charge.
What to include in a complaint
- Clear timeline: purchase date, cancellation attempt date(s), and renewals charged.
- Copies of any correspondence with Fanatiz or the platform store.
- If seeking a refund, state the reason and reference the 7-day exception if applicable.
Common mistakes
Uninstalling the app instead of cancelling
Many users assume deleting the Fanatiz app cancels the subscription; it does not. You must cancel via the platform where you subscribed.
Waiting too close to renewal
Cancelling less than 24 hours before renewal can result in being billed for the next period. Always cancel at least 24 hours ahead.
Assuming PPV or single purchases are refundable
PPV and on-demand purchases are final and non-refundable. Expect no credit once access is granted.
