What is Postclic?

Postclic is an online service that allows you to write, sign, print and send your official or administrative mail without having to travel.

In which countries is Postclic available?

The service is available in more than 150 countries and in 40 languages.

How does the promotional offer work?

You get full access for 48 hours, after which your subscription automatically switches to incl. tax for the mandatory first month.

Is the first month at mandatory?

Yes, it is automatically charged after the trial period. This is the mandatory first month of subscription.

What is the minimum amount charged?

The minimum amount is incl. tax ( + ), even in case of cancellation during the promotional offer.

Is the subscription without commitment?

Yes, after the mandatory first month, you can cancel at any time from your customer account before the next monthly billing date.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Log in to your customer area, "My account" section, then "Cancellation". The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current month.

Can I be refunded if I forgot to cancel?

No. Any period started remains due in accordance with the general terms of use.

What payment methods are accepted?

Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex). Payments are managed by Stripe, with 3D Secure authentication on the first transaction.

Are my banking details secure?

Yes. Payments are 100% secure via Stripe's PCI-DSS certified platform.

Can I use Postclic from abroad?

Yes. The service is accessible everywhere online. Sendings are possible to most countries.

What types of mail can I send?

Simple, tracked or registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt and the content can be personal correspondence, cancellation letters, contracts, administrative or legal documents.

Do the letters have legal value?

Yes. All mail is dated, electronically signed and sent by an approved operator partner of La Poste.

How long does it take for my mail to be sent?

Generally within 48 business hours after payment and content validation.

Can I track my mail?

Yes. A tracking number is available in your customer area as soon as it is sent.

Does Postclic keep my documents?

Yes, for proof and traceability reasons, your documents are securely archived for 12 months.

Is my personal data protected?

Yes. Postclic complies with GDPR and European data protection legislation.

What should I do if I haven't received confirmation after payment?

Check your spam or contact support via the "Assistance" section of your account.

Is customer service available?

Yes. Support is available 7 days a week by email via the contact form.

Can I modify a letter after validation?

No. Once the letter is signed and paid for, it automatically goes to print and shipping.

Are there hidden fees?

No. The only amounts charged are those indicated during subscription or sending order.

Can I use Postclic for a business?

No. The service is reserved for individuals.

Can I get an invoice?

Yes. Each payment automatically generates a downloadable invoice from your customer area.

Is the service available on mobile?

Yes. Postclic is fully optimized for smartphones, tablets and computers.
