In accordance with personal data protection rules, I also request:
– deletion of all my data not necessary for your legal or accounting obligations;
– closure of any associated personal account;
– and confirmation of actual data deletion according to applicable privacy rights.

Access and plan change
Cancelling on the dashboard immediately downgrades your account to the Free Plan. You retain access to the free-tier features Webshare provides.
Data, bandwidth and billing
Unused bandwidth or remaining time is credited to your account balance after cancellation. Cancellation alone does not automatically stop future billing unless you also disable auto-renewal.
Will I get a refund?
Standard refund policy
Refunds are available only if requested within 2 days (48 hours) of the original payment and are subject to eligibility checks by support.
Eligibility conditions and exceptions
- Bandwidth used must be less than 1 GB for proxy server/static residential plans, or less than 0.1 GB for rotating residential plans.
- Fewer than 1,000 proxies must have been used to qualify for a refund.
- Cancelling does not guarantee a refund; you must request one and support approves it.
- Account credits are non-refundable. Approved refunds are processed after support approval and may take 2 - 10 days to appear in your bank account.
