– closure of any associated personal account;

What happens when you cancel
Access after cancellation
Your subscription typically remains active until the end of the current billing period. You keep premium features until that expiry date.
Renewal and billing
Once cancelled, automatic renewal stops and you will not be charged at the next billing date. You must cancel through the platform where you purchased.
Data and account
Cancelling does not necessarily delete your Sleep Cycle account or stored sleep data. Check your account settings if you want data removed.
Will I get a refund?
iOS (App Store) refunds
Refunds for App Store purchases are managed solely by Apple. Use the 'Report a Problem' link on your App Store receipt to request a refund.
Sleep Cycle cannot control Apple refund decisions and cannot directly issue refunds for App Store charges.
Android (Google Play) refunds
If it has been less than 48 hours since purchase, request a refund via Google Play Order History using 'Request a refund' or 'Report a problem'.
If Google declines, Sleep Cycle can assist but only after Google has processed or denied the request.
Web purchases and FastSpring
After cancelling a web subscription, email support@sleepcycle.com with your FastSpring receipt and purchase email to request a refund.
