Will I get a refund?
Standard returns and refunds
- Non-underwear items: eligible for refund if postmarked within 30 days of delivery (60 days for purchases placed Nov 15 - Jan 1), unworn/unwashed/unaltered, with tags attached.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method after Shinesty receives the return at its distribution center.
- Shipping fees and shipping protection are non-refundable.
Underwear and promotions - exceptions
- Underwear: returns are eligible only for store credit (not refunds) for sanitary reasons, even if unused and packaged, except where a specific promotion states otherwise.
- "Love them or it's free" promotion: the first pair of underwear may be refunded (up to original purchase price) if you contact support about dissatisfaction; shipping costs excluded and limited to one per customer. Shinesty can refuse this for any reason.
- Store credit from promotions expires in 1 year and cannot be applied to subscriptions. Credits may be revoked or reduced if orders are canceled or partially returned.
Processing time
Refunds are processed after the return arrives at the distribution center and inspection is complete; this can take up to 2 weeks.
Once processed, it may take an additional 3 - 5 business days (or longer depending on your bank) for funds to appear in your account.
