Access and billing
Cancellations made under an Order Form or the Master Subscription Agreement take effect at the end of the current paid term.
Access to the service continues until that term expires; cancelling does not usually terminate immediate access.
Account and data
Cancelling a subscription does not automatically delete your account or profile data. You should export or archive any data you need before the contract end date.

Will I get a refund?
Refunds under the Master Subscription Agreement
Under the Master Subscription Agreement, refunds are payable if the Customer terminates due to Absolute's uncured material breach; in that case Absolute will refund pre-paid but unused fees.
Except for that breach-based remedy, termination without cause generally does not entitle the customer to a refund of pre-paid fees.
General web orders and withdrawal rights
For certain web orders (services/goods sold by Absolute Softwares S.L.), a right of withdrawal within 30 calendar days is described in Absolute's refund policy.
That policy notes a full refund within approximately 48 hours for unmet expectations and specific 30-day conditions for subscription issues; otherwise refunds are generally not available unless handled case‑by‑case.
