You therefore have all the necessary elements to proceed with regular processing of this cancellation, in accordance with applicable principles regarding written notification and contractual freedom.
In accordance with personal data protection rules, I also request:

– closure of any associated personal account;
– and confirmation of actual data deletion according to applicable privacy rights.

- Log in to your AutoDS account on the web.

- If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, cancel directly in the respective store’s subscription settings.

What happens when you cancel
Account access and recovery
When you cancel via the web, deletion commences but account data remains recoverable during a 14-day recovery window.
During that 14-day period you can log in to recover the account; after the window data (listings, orders) is permanently deleted.
Pause option and billing
A pause option is available in the same Account & Billing menu; it pauses billing for 30 days and retains your data.
Paused accounts auto-reactivate after 30 days unless you reactivate them earlier.
Will I get a refund?
General refund policy
AutoDS generally has a no-refund policy for subscription payments, upgrades, downgrades and trials, unless required by applicable law.
Refunds may be approved at AutoDS’s discretion and may involve deductions (up to 15%) plus payment processor fees; see Terms of Service for details.
Specific exceptions and managed orders
- Upgrades, downgrades, add-ons and trial payments are explicitly non-refundable per AutoDS policies.
- “Fulfilled by AutoDS” (managed) order payments are non-refundable; refunds for returned orders are processed after the supplier returns funds and are credited to the managed order balance, typically within 7 - 14 days after supplier inspection.
