- You can request a refund within 14 days of being charged; Bonsai states it will issue a refund "no questions asked".
- If more than 14 days have passed since the charge, refunds are not issued; you may still cancel to prevent future charges.
App Store / Google Play refunds
- Refund requests for subscriptions bought via Apple or Google are handled by those platforms and follow their refund policies.
