What happens when you cancel
Access and billing
If you cancel via the Debutify web portal the subscription will be cancelled and your account will revert to the Free plan immediately after confirmation.
If you cancel a charge handled through Shopify App Store or mobile stores, paid features usually remain until the end of the current billing period, then access moves to free/limited mode.
Data retention and account state
Cancellation does not necessarily delete your store settings or data. Your account typically remains active on the Free plan and some settings may persist.
Always export or record critical settings before cancelling if you may need them later.
