Cancelling does not delete your RemNote content; your notes, cards, and data remain in your account unless you manually delete them.
You can reactivate a paid plan at any time by subscribing again through the platform you choose.
Will I get a refund?
Web / Desktop purchases
RemNote offers a full refund within 30 days of purchase for web/desktop transactions when you contact RemNote support via the in-app messenger or email.
Refunds are credited to the original payment method and may take up to 10 days to appear.
App Store and Google Play purchases
- RemNote cannot issue refunds for subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store; you must request refunds from Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com or Apple support.
