Will I get a refund?
Refunds for direct (web) subscriptions
- Short plans (1, 2, 3 or 6 months): a 14-day refund window may apply if conditions are met.
- Yearly plans and one-time purchases: up to 30 days refund window may apply if conditions are met.
- To be eligible you must cancel and not have installed or opened any apps during the refund period (installing/opening only to remove apps is permitted).
Refunds for App Store or Google Play purchases and exceptions
- Purchases made through the Mac App Store / App Store are subject to Apple's refund processes, not Setapp's policy.
- Purchases through Google Play are subject to Google's refund rules and processes.
- Refunds are typically not given for wrong-platform purchases, for having opened apps during the period, or for later discounts and retroactive coupons.
