What happens when you cancel
Access and billing
When you cancel, you retain access to paid features through the end of your current billing period. After that period, your paid access stops and you will not be billed further.
Data retention and reactivation
- Documents become read-only and remain downloadable for 90 days after cancellation.
- After 90 days the workspace and documents are permanently deleted unless reactivated or manually copied before deletion.
- Reactivation is possible within 90 days if the workspace has not been manually deleted.

- Annual subscriptions: Full refund if requested within 30 days of the initial purchase.
- Monthly subscriptions: No refunds for the current period; you can cancel to avoid future billing.
- Mac-only license: Full refund within 30 days of initial purchase; upgrades or subsequent purchases are not refundable.
