What happens when you cancel
Access and renewal
Subscriptions will stop renewing after cancellation; your paid features remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
Auto‑renewal must be turned off before the period ends to avoid another charge.
Data and account state
After cancellation the account downgrades to the free plan at the end of the billing period, and pipelines/data become view‑only.
Streak retains your data so you can reactivate later; data is not deleted on cancelation by default.

Web subscription refund policy
- Monthly web subscriptions: refund requests may be granted at Streak’s sole discretion if requested within 14 days of the most recent invoice.
- Yearly web subscriptions: refund requests may be granted at Streak’s sole discretion if requested within 30 days of the most recent invoice.
- Plan downgrades or removal of users are not refundable.
App Store and Google Play refunds
Refunds and cancellations for iOS and Android purchases are subject to Apple or Google Play policies and must be handled through those platforms.
Contact Apple or Google Play support for platform‑level refund requests; Streak cannot directly refund store purchases.
