You therefore have all the necessary elements to proceed with regular processing of this cancellation, in accordance with applicable principles regarding written notification and contractual freedom.
In accordance with personal data protection rules, I also request:

– closure of any associated personal account;

How to cancel Streamyard
Cancel web subscription (direct on StreamYard)
- Sign in to your StreamYard account on the web.
- Go to My Account → Billing or Manage Plan.
- Choose Cancel the StreamYard subscription and confirm; this stops automatic renewals.
Cancel mobile subscriptions (App Store / Google Play)
- Apple App Store: cancel via your Apple account (for example, iOS Settings → Subscriptions). StreamYard cannot cancel App Store subscriptions for you.
- Google Play: cancel via Google Play subscriptions in your Google account. StreamYard cannot cancel Google Play subscriptions for you.
What happens when you cancel
Access and billing
Cancelling prevents future auto-renewals. Your paid features remain available until the end of the current billing cycle.
After the billing period ends, your account will revert to the Free plan and paid limits/features will be removed.
Data and recordings
Recordings and storage access can be lost after downgrade; some recordings may become inaccessible immediately or after a short period.
Export or back up any important recordings before expiry to avoid permanent loss.
Will I get a refund?
Refunds for web subscriptions
- StreamYard’s policy allows refunds in eligible cases: within 20 days for weekly/monthly plans and 60 days for yearly plans when conditions are met.

App store purchases and exceptions
- Purchases through the Apple App Store or Google Play require refund requests through those stores; StreamYard does not process those refunds.
- Consumers in the EEA/UK may have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal if the service has not been started; this does not apply broadly outside those jurisdictions.
