What happens when you cancel

Your paid access continues until the end of the paid billing period. After that date your subscription will not renew and your account downgrades to the free tier.
Data and transfers
Active transfers created while your paid subscription was active remain live for up to 28 days after cancellation.
After the 28-day period the transfers are deleted according to WeTransfer’s retention rules.
Will I get a refund?

Valid charges are generally non-refundable unless WeTransfer expressly provides a refund under its policy.
- Weekly & monthly site purchases: refunds considered within 20 days of charge.
- Yearly site purchases: refunds considered within 60 days of charge.
