When you cancel a subscription it typically remains active until the end of the paid period.
Access does not end immediately unless specified otherwise in the purchase channel rules.
Renewal and auto-renew
Cancelling stops future auto-renewal but does not refund past payments automatically.
For App Store and Google Play purchases those platforms control renewal and billing.
Account data
Cancellation does not necessarily delete your account or data; check account settings or contact support if you need data removed.

Will I get a refund?
General web (direct) refund policy
By buying a web subscription you acknowledge immediate access starts and you waive statutory withdrawal rights for the unused period.
This limits standard online cooling-off rights for refunds under immediate-delivery rules.
Exceptions and limited refunds
- Technical malfunction: refunds for web subscriptions may be offered if use is impossible and the issue is reported within 30 days with evidence (device model/OS, reproduction steps, screenshots or video).
- Growth Plan: refunds may be considered if expected plan results are not met, reported within 30 days with evidence of following the plan (e.g., scanned completed pages, at least 3 consecutive days of following the plan).
- Refund processing for approved web refunds is typically within 14 days after approval.
