General web (direct) refund policy

By buying a web subscription you acknowledge immediate access starts and you waive statutory withdrawal rights for the unused period.

This limits standard online cooling-off rights for refunds under immediate-delivery rules.

Exceptions and limited refunds

  • Technical malfunction: refunds for web subscriptions may be offered if use is impossible and the issue is reported within 30 days with evidence (device model/OS, reproduction steps, screenshots or video).
  • Growth Plan: refunds may be considered if expected plan results are not met, reported within 30 days with evidence of following the plan (e.g., scanned completed pages, at least 3 consecutive days of following the plan).
