What happens when you cancel

Access after cancellation

After canceling, you typically retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.

Account and data retention

Your account and uploaded files may remain available depending on the service policy. Export or download important files before they are removed.

Recurring billing and renewal

Cancellation stops future recurring charges; it does not usually refund the current period automatically. Confirm the cancellation confirmation message or email.

Will I get a refund?

General refund policy

Refunds depend on the place of purchase and the provider's policy. Pdf Converter Guru typically handles refunds case-by-case and may follow app store rules for purchases made there.

Exceptions and how to request

• If you bought via Apple App Store, request a refund through Apple: Report a Problem / Request a Refund.
• If you bought via Google Play, use Google Play refund procedures: Google Play Refunds.
• For direct purchases, contact Pdf Converter Guru support via the official website https://convert.guru/ with your order ID, email and reason for refund.

• Screenshots of billing, subscription page, and cancellation attempts.

Additional helpful items

• Payment method details (last 4 digits, bank name) for verification.
