What happens when you cancel

Access and billing

After cancellation your paid subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features for that period.

No prorated refund is issued in routine cancellations; billing simply does not renew after the cycle ends.

Workspace and seats

Workspaces with up to 5 users are typically downgraded to the Free plan after cancellation. Workspaces with more than 5 users may be suspended.

Data, projects and time entries are generally retained; they are not automatically deleted when you cancel.

Will I get a refund?

General refund policy
