What happens when you cancel
Once you cancel inside MDhair before the 5‑business‑day cutoff, future scheduled shipments and auto‑billing should stop. If you cancel after a billing cycle has already processed, the next order may still ship and cannot be stopped once marked as shipped.
Canceling stops future renewals but does not automatically generate refunds for prior shipments; account data (order history, uploaded photos, profile) may remain in MDhair’s system unless you request account deletion after cancelling.
