It operates subscription plans and in-app purchases through mobile app stores as well as account-managed plans via its website.
How to cancel Trifecta
Cancellation steps differ depending on how you purchased the subscription (in-app via an app store) or whether you manage your subscription directly on Trifecta’s website/account. Trifecta requires advance notice for web-account cancellations because meals are planned and shipped on a weekly schedule; in-app subscriptions must be managed through the app store used to buy them.

What happens when you cancel
When you cancel, future renewals stop after the current billing/shipping cycle. If you cancel a web-managed subscription after the weekly cutoff, Trifecta will usually fulfill and bill the upcoming delivery and then stop further shipments. Access to any paid app subscription features remains available until the end of the paid period for that subscription. Trifecta retains account information according to its policies; if you want data removed, contact customer service to request account deletion or data portability, and keep records of your request.
Will I get a refund?
Generally, paid subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Trifecta’s terms state that subscription fees are non-refundable except in special circumstances at Trifecta’s discretion.
