Once cancellation is completed, your subscription will not renew at the next billing date. Supernatural notes that you can continue to use the service until the end of the current paid period. After that date your access ends unless you resubscribe.
Your account and associated profile information are typically retained according to the provider’s data and retention policies; if you have content or progress you want to preserve, export screenshots or save any relevant account details before access ends. If you used a third‑party store, that store handles billing and cancellation records.
Will I get a refund?
Supernatural’s stated policy is that subscription fees are generally non‑refundable except where required by law.
